I’m Crystal! A witchy hippy yoga gal. I love adventures through the great state Utah. I enjoy camping under the stars with my family and two pups. I have a small collection of bugs that I’ve found on these outings, the newest is a fully kept together dragonfly. I enjoy rock hounding, cold plunges, hot springs, rocks, things dead or alive, collecting flowers to dry, playing games, creating art, roller skating, trail running, doodling, gardening, reading, reading tarot cards among many other things! I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 16 but only began studying about 2 years ago. I’m very grateful for the path and the way it has unfolded. Crystal offers a Vinyasa class on Saturday and a Hatha Flow on Sundays. Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that is practiced linking conscious breath with fluid movement. A number of Yoga postures (Asanas) are linked together in a sequence which flows together a little bit like dance. The breath is controlled + directs the timing + co-ordination of the movement in flow. Hatha yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching. Vinyasa yoga focuses on connecting the breath to your movements, which tend to be set at a faster pace. In a vinyasa practice, you can expect to stay in a constant flow of movements. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early prior to class.
