The Heart Center
Located in the heart of Ogden, The Heart Center is a woman owned community center for art, music, healing and movement. The Heart Center is a safe, clean, secure, warm and comfortable space for personal freedom of expression and exploration.
Our mission is to encourage and empower the community to share their gifts and talents of art, teaching and healing while having fun doing it. We cultivate a safe and loving space to express ourselves authentically and inspire others to open their hearts to their highest potential.
The Heart Center represents what love and support can do. A space for the community to use for coming together to learn, grow and heal.We welcome you into our space with sincere gratitude and thank you for all your love and support.
The Heart Center is available for community use! Attend one of our regular movement classes, art nights or rent out the studio for your own private practice or workshop.

Our Creators
Owner and Co-Founder
Adventure is where my heart feels the most happiest. I enjoy camping, hiking, road trips, snowboarding, painting, playing in the garden, music, travel, cooking and spending time with my family and friends.
I am a Mother of 2 beautiful and intelligent daughters. They are my biggest teachers in life.
My current 9 to 5 is remodeling homes with a construction company I helped build called
Swallowtail Renovation & Design.
I am recently being called to become a Massage Therapist. I believe that it's so important for our bodies to receive the nurturing necessary to help release the stresses we go through in life.
One of my favorite things about creating The Heart Center is seeing how the connections with the right people can help foster growth and inspiration within someone's life. I also love hearing about people's experiences and breakthroughs after going through a ceremony, a journey or a workshop. I am currently offering art nights once or twice a month that inspire new and seasoned artists to come together in artistic expression with their community.

Hello, my name is Autumn Butler. I am a level 1 Reiki practitioner. Two years ago I recovered from health issues by using natural methods and looking inward. This led me to energy work and learning I have been a healer in several past lives. I was certified Reiki Level 1 from Nick Mann in June 2023. I am new to the practice and am very grateful to be here. I want to help others heal themselves. It's important to me to set clear intentions to create a safe container and protecting space. I am excited to be part of your journey!

A place where people can express themselves while helping each other and getting healthy and happier together. A place where you feel comfortable to be your authentic self and let cares go so you can fully immerse yourself in the moment and receive the most benefit.
We encourage the community to come together to share their special gifts and talents with each other. We believe the connection between humans is where the magic happens.
